Michele’s super-power is her ability to “get” kids. She cares deeply about seeing children as individuals and can very quickly pinpoint what they need. She differentiates the learning to suit each individual to make sure they are making the gains she knows they are capable of. Michele loves creating new plans and resources to help children learn and sharing these with the team.
